About Autumn
Autumn Bryant discovered her calling in estate planning and elder law through a deeply
personal experience – navigating her grandfather’s disability and eventual passing. This journey
showed her how proper estate planning could provide families with clarity and comfort during
life’s most challenging moments, lifting the burden of complex decisions when they’re needed
Most.
Her path in law began during her high school years, where she worked as a legal assistant
gaining valuable exposure to various practice areas. After graduating from the College of
William and Mary, she expanded her legal expertise as a paralegal at a litigious national
collection firm.
Following her heart and ambitions, this Virginia native made the bold move to Indianapolis to
pursue her law degree at IU McKinney School of Law. There, she found her purpose in serving
others through the Disability Clinic, providing essential legal services to low-income community
members. Her dedication to improving access to justice shone through her work with the
IndyBar Association and the IU Public Policy Institute, where she helped identify and address
the legal needs of underserved rural Indiana communities.
What began as a law clerk position at Randall Law Offices during her first year of law school has
evolved into a thriving partnership. Autumn is currently a partner, and the firm is now known as
Randall & Bryant. She embraces what she calls a Counsellor at Law" approach, believing in building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with her clients, taking the time to understand their unique stories and concerns. Her practice focuses on creating thoughtfully crafted estate plans that evolve with her clients lives, ensuring their wishes and loved ones are well-protected. As a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Indiana State Bar, and IndyBar Association, she stays at the forefront of estate planning strategies to better serve her clients. When she’s not helping clients secure their legacies.
Autumn finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. She and her partner, Davis, share their home with two beloved dogs, Meadow and Dusty. You might find her tending to her flourishing garden, creating delicious meals from her homegrown harvest, or quietly unwinding with crochet needles or a good book. Her commitment to community extends beyond her legal practice – as chair of the Community Service Committee at the Indianapolis Rotary Chapter, she dedicates herself to making a positive impact in her community, embodying the belief that meaningful change starts at the local level.
